Project Construction Details: This document should encompass comprehensive specifications of the construction, including building dimensions, insulation levels, window types, and other pertinent information. Architectural Project Plans (Optional): Please furnish architectural drawings or plans outlining the building's layout and design, inclusive of floor plans, elevations, and relevant structural details. Duct Layout (Optional): If you possess a pre-existing duct layout or wish to provide your own design, please hand draw them on the room layout. This assists in Manual D calculations and includes details of the ductwork design, such as trunk lines, branch lines, and register locations. Alternatively, our team can estimate based on the plans provided. Manual S Details: Please supply information on the HVAC equipment intended for use, specifying the brand, model, and series. Additionally, indicate the preferred SEER rating for the air conditioning unit and desired efficiency rating for the heating system (e.g., 80%, 92%, 96%). If assistance with equipment selection is required, kindly indicate this in your submission. Also, specify the number of units on each floor and the total number of units in the property. Alternatively, we can utilize the Project Construction details.
